A confidential enterprise occupier evaluated whether a large, leased workplace of approximately 400,000 SF — used for software development, R&D, and limited retail — could pursue SEAM O+M recognition post-occupancy. The Pre-certification gap assessment translated existing operating practices into a certification roadmap with a feasible pathway to Gold.
